What:    Advanced Chair Yoga demonstration class (for fit adults)

When:   November 3rd, Saturday, 1:00 – 2:30

Where:  Legacy Senior Living, 2nd floor Yoga Lounge

Why:     Older fit adults are discovering that traditional yoga is causing discomfort (wrists, hips, shoulders) and are in need of a safer, more accessible style of yoga that still provides a ‘holistic’ challenge. Come and experience a Chair Yoga class that is designed specifically for those ‘fit’ adults.
